Bath bombs, friendship bracelets and buckets of kindness - Marlborough House celebrates NSPCC Kindness Week.
Random Acts of Kindness were bringing joy all round last week, as everyone was encouraged to do something kind. In Pre-Prep, the children were busy filling up buckets with messages about the ways in which they had been kind. While in Prep, they learnt about the work of the NSPCC and thought about both kindness to others (focusing on the parable of The Good Samaritan) as well as self-compassion in their PSHE lessons. Finally, the week was rounded off for Years 5-8 with a busy enrichment session dedicated to kindness, where friendship bracelets and scented bath bombs were produced. We hope the recipients enjoyed their gifts as much as the children enjoyed making them.
