In early October six members of our Equestrian team had a very successful day at Felbridge Showground competing for MHS in the NSEA Inter-School Show Jumping.
Our riders rode some lovely rounds in the big imposing arena in the Autumn sunshine.
The day started with Jack G doing a lovely clear in the 40cm. This was followed by the 50cm class and congratulations go to our 50cm team (Jack G, Erin C, Eliza B and Eliza F) who won the class and Eliza B who was fourth individually.
Well done too to our 60cm team (Zoe C, Eliza B and Eliza F) who were 3rd. Zoe C jumped a lovely clear in the 70cm but wasn't quite fast enough for a place and finally Emma G had 8 faults in the 75cm. All of our riders were polite, showed great support to their team members and sportsmanship in general, all of which are very important!
These results mean they have qualified for the NSEA Grass Roots Championships in 2023. Very well done to them all.
